To all who already know me, I am back in full activity and chose to join the office of Realty World-Wilson in charming downtown Jamestown. I also use BCRI office in Twain Harte.

From the Foothills to the High Sierra,

I look forward to assist you with your Real Estates needs, and the realization of a pleasant, successful transaction.

As a professional Real Estate agent with construction experience, I offer tailored services and advise, striving to go the extra mile to accommodate my client’s best interest by:

- Providing Buyers with knowledge they may need to make an educated decision to achieve their goal/dreams.

- Servicing Sellers. My duty is to advise preparation of the property, price it effectively so you will receive the highest possible value. From conventional to new and innovative marketing, I can provide the exposure and service you need in today’s Real Estate Market.

Feel free to contact me if you have any question or comment, or would like to set up a time to meet and discuss. I look forward to working with you.

If you need Real Estate help out of Tuolumne County, I will recommend or research the right agent for your need. If you are interested about France or French Polynesia (Tahiti & her Islands), let's talk.

Realtor in Tuolumne County since 1993, Marie Jo has been involved in construction, working alongside her husband and his company Barr Construction & Restoration Inc.

Because clients often ask: MJ met her husband on skis at Chair 5 (Dodge Ridge, local ski resort) while traveling through California in 1985. They returned to Tuolumne County in 1992 to raise their son in the quality of life this area has to offer. MJ received her business degree from the University of Montpellier (France) in 1985, introduced the 1stespresso machine to Livermore, CA with the creation of the restaurant “Le Coquelicot” in 1987. She believes it is her attention to details which called the restaurant to be featured on the local news and TV show “Bay Area Back Roads.”
